  • Is this project open source?

    No. it is a closed-source embarassment.

  • What does it cost to run the website?

    It took many development hours and real life months of work to get automated processes to work together.
    See my patreon for current hosting costs, as they can vary. I have enough money to continue funding this service at no cost (and currently no ads too) to the League community but I would be incentivized to keep it running long-term if I had a tiny bit of financial support; see below.

  • Why is the queue processing slow?

    Data allowance (rate limit) imposed by riot.
    I estimate that each summoner takes 30-120 seconds to process.

  • Can you make the queue processing faster?

    If my budget allows for it, I will pay for additional/faster servers.
    If I have the time allowance for it, I will look at optimizing things.
    If you are a Patreon Patron, you can skip to the front of the queue.

  • Something is broken site-wide.

  • Only my page is broken.

    Same response as above^, but please check to make sure you fit the optimal summoner criteria:

    1. 50 games minimum
    2. PvP (not vs AI)
    3. Matchmade (not custom games)
    4. 5v5
    5. Summoner's Rift
    6. non-RGM

    In the past 2 calendar years I might be able to manually process or reset your page if I think it could be fixed that way. If you believe that your page is missing newly released features, you should attempt to update your profile to get the newest features. If we prompt you for your username and you are unwilling to provide it, there is nothing more we can do to fix your profile.

  • Where's my match? I've been playing since 2012 but you only have data since 2019.

    Riot deleted it already.
